I was looking to replace the Dunlop tyres for my Prado. Usually I go to Al Gurg who are the Authorised dealers but I found that their prices were high and they wanted to charge extra for alignment and balancing.
After a bit of calling around multiple units I found F & T Tyres and spoke to the ownerMe. Fayaz. Their prices were 10% lower and alignment and balancing were included. On top of it he offered 10,000 kms wheel rotation free over the life of the tyres. Then I got a bit suspicious and asked him to Prove that the tires were genuine.He said come over and , I will show you.
When I went there , the tires were stacked neatly. Mr. Fayaz Showed me the country of manufacture, Date of manufacture, EMEA certification, Barcode on the tyres etc. Soon we got talking and he even told me the names of the staff at the original dealer for Dunlop who I was familiar with.
The team was professional and efficient did a thorough job. An amazing experience. I would like to mention that there were a lot of high end cars parked there getting repaired including a top of the line Brabus.So would definitely return to F & T Tyres for future requirements.

Went to change the brake fluid on my car. They made sure to completely bleed the old fluid before adding the new one.
During the process, there was an issue. However, the manager sorted the issue well, with honesty and directness. Which is why it's still a 5 star review.
